Optimizes Bag Performance

Guardian Precoat is a dry, inert powder that protects filter bags and improves baghouse performance by increasing air flow and decreasing the size of particulate that escapes through bags.

Easy To Use

To achieve maximum performance, use one pound of Guardian Precoat for every 20 square ft of filter cloth for a uniform 1/16″ protective coating on the filter bags. This is roughly one 30lb bag per 600 square ft of filter cloth for standard dust collector bags. New bags can be precoated before their first use, or continually during operation.

How Does It Work?

Made from carefully refined natural volcanic rock, Guardian Precoat forms a three-dimensional, porous dustcake on new filter bags that absorbs harmful moisture, oils and hydrocarbons while it protects against blinding and plugging.
